We are looking for a Product Manager to to direct product development and ensure high return on investment (ROI.) You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.

Our ideal candidate is a data-driven, perceptive, and creative leader and reliable problem-solver. They have a deep knowledge of the solar and renewable energy space, and a knack for knowing what ideas will and won’t work in the space. They also have the ability to be the bridge between the business and technical aspects of an organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members

What we need:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is preferred
  • Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to senior leadership
  • Familiarity with Agile framework
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Creative thinking skills
