We are looking for a Head of Marketing to oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. You will be responsible for owning the marketing function in the company, directing teams responsible for brand marketing, digital marketing and lead generation, and product marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Listen to the trends of the market and direct the marketing efforts of the company
  • Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall goals and objectives
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations and ensure they project the company’s unique voice
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and optimize as needed
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for key stakeholders
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
  • Design and review the Marketing department’s budget
  • Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
  • Create a solid network of strategic partnerships

What we need:

  • Proven experience as a VP of Marketing, Head of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer, or similar role
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • Strong business acumen with solid understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Tech savvy with ability to quickly learn and work with new tools
  • Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, incredibly organized, multi-tasker
  • Data and web metrics analytical skills
